Dartmouth Players fully supports the Nova Scotian Government’s precautions to help limit the spread of Covid-19. We want our patrons and volunteers to be safe, so at this time, we are suspending all operations and awaiting the government’s ruling as to when we might reopen.

At the time of the shut down, DP had two productions in the works: Lobby Hero and Boeing Boeing. It was a difficult decision, but the Board has decided to postpone Boeing Boeing until next winter. However, we do remain hopeful that we will be staging Lobby Hero in late May or early June, this season.

We are all still in a state of fluidity, not knowing anything for sure, but the health and safety of our volunteers and patrons will remain our primary concern.
