Theatre Location:
- In the basement of the Stairs Memorial United Church, 44 Hester Street in Dartmouth.
Ticket exchanges:
- Online or telephone purchases- contact Ticketpro at 1-888-311-9090.
- Ticketpro outlet purchases – return your original tickets to the outlet where purchased.
- No refunds unless Dartmouth Players cancels a performance.
Performance cancellations:
- Cancellations will be posted on our website and social media no later than 2 hours before each performance.
- Patrons may choose to exchange their ticket for an alternate performance of the same production or a full refund.
- All ticketholders who purchased online will be contacted directly by Ticketpro to arrange for an exchange or refund.
- Ticketholders who purchased through a Ticketpro outlet should return their tickets to the original outlet to arrange for an exchange or refund.
- Our box office opens a half hour, at 1:30 (matinees) & 7:00 (evenings), before each show.
- Patrons, please note there are staircase to enter the theatre.
- Patrons with mobility issues may enter by the side door, please press the doorbell or have someone from your party go to the box office and they will let you in.
Children:
- Most of our productions are suitable for ages 8+. Detailed advisories are provided for productions with mature subject matter. If you would like more information about the content of a production, please contact us at info@dartmouthplayers.ns.ca.
Latecomers:
- As a courtesy to our patrons and actors, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the theatre. We do not guarantee admittance once the play has started. If seating is available, our volunteers may be able to seat latecomers during an appropriate break in the show.
